	Read the Bureau of Justice Statistics Report “Stalking Victimization in the United States” [6] Read the stalking section of the National Intimate Partner and Sexual Violence Survey [7]
	Read through many of the resources [8] for practitioners published by the Stalking Resource Center. Take the online course: The Use of Technology to Stalk [9]

Educate Your Community

	Post, tweet, or update your status using one of our 31 days of updates [10] Print and post the National Stalking Awareness Month theme poster [11] E-mail your friends, coworkers, and community partners links to watch either Stalking: Real Fear, Real Crime [5] or Links in the Chain [12]
	Upload a Stalking Awareness Month banner [13] to your webpage Print letterhead [14] for your organization to use during January
	Send local media outlets PSAs [15] and news releases [16] Print and send certificates [17] of appreciation to community partners working in your community
	Create buttons and magnets [18] to distribute in your community
	Print table tents [19] and distribute them to schools, local businesses, and partner agencies
